Description: This Imperial Stout mellowed out in High West Bourbon barrels for 2 years to allow the rich honey from the beer to fully develop into a smooth and fruitful masterpiece. We then added some fresh organic cinnamon and Mostra Coffee to bring in the original flavors of M4. The barrel brings some natural vanilla flavor and loads of chocolate into the mix creating a delightfully sweet and spiced coffee beverage.
