Description: La Gaina è la prima IPA prodotta dal Birrificio Lambate. Si caratterizza per l'utilizzo massiccio di luppoli americani soprattutto in dry-hopping, i quali la caratterizzano per gli esuberanti e freschi profumi agrumati tipici di questo stile americano. Detto lombardo che definisce gli ubriaconi per la loro andatura oscillante ed incerta simile a quella delle galline. *** Gaina was the first IPA brewed by Birrificio Lambate. It is characterised by the large amount of hops used, especially through dry-hopping. The hops give the beer the fresh, lively citrous fruit flavours typical of this style of beer. In Lombardy slang, Gaina means Hen, the animal brought to mind by the uncertain, staggering gait of certain drunk people.
