We brew this dry, amber farmhouse ale with loads of fresh, locally-grown produce, ferment with our house saison yeast strain, and spice gently at the end with fresh local turmeric root, Indian coriander seed, Ceylon cinnamon bark and crushed Szechuan peppercorns.
