Description: Our traditional January beer! We allowed Modem Tones to age extensively before treating it to a mixture of three different Vanilla Bean types: 65% Ugandan Vanilla, 20% Mexican Vanilla, and 15% Madagascar Vanilla. The result is brownies, toffee, caramel - basically a liquid batch of brownies. The Ugandan Vanilla gives off a distinct Marshmallow note, the Mexican a baked brownie taste, and the Madagascar a traditional vanilla nose. It's decadent.
