The Many Ways series sheds light on this magic. For this rendition, we’ve taken bucket loads of Galaxy grown exclusively by our friends at Hop Products Australia in their Victorian hop garden, Rostrevor. Rostrevor sits 300 kilometers north of Melbourne on the banks of the Buffalo River. This warm and sunny climate produces incredible Galaxy, showcased here with notes of overripe pineapple, juicy mango, and sweet lemon with a proper bitterness on the finish. Victoria, with its diverse landscapes ranging from rugged coastlines to lush forests.
